I am Kip Metler, a native of South Carolina and a full time REALTOR® with over 23 years of domestic and international sales experience including retail, technical/business-to-business, and real estate sales. My business is relationship based and I have taken great pride in being knowledgeable, detail oriented, patient and providing the highest level of personal service. Since I was raised to treat people the way that I would want to be treated, I continue to build my business by treating my clients better than I want to be treated. I understand the importance of listening to the needs and wants of my buyers, sellers, and investors in order to develop and execute a plan to help them achieve their goals.
